About

Mary Randazzo
Historic Landmark Artist

Mary Randazzo is a renowned historical landmark artist inspired by the unique history and natural beauty that is a characteristic of the 1000 Islands region. Originally from North Carolina and with 25 years on the west coast, she is now a resident on the St. Lawrence River in Clayton. Mary traded-in her hair stylist comb and scissors for oil paint and brush. Accustomed to using her creative vision to help people find their "best self beauty," Mary now uses that vision to bring river landscapes to life on canvas.

A self-trained artist, Mary incorporates vibrant color and uses photos and on site sketches to paint the natural surrounding of her home in Upstate New York. Through dedicated research and study, Mary has gained a distinctive view and respect for the subjects of her work.
